This
car is a "works" rally car replica built with a lot
patience and eye for detail by a Swede, who did a lot of
investigation for the Svenska PV-klubben regarding works PV's.
This man, named Bengt W Andersson built this car to show
condition, and never had the intention to use it for historic
rally purposes. I bought the car from him in 2000, and then
started using it for what it was built: historical
rally's.
Today the car is still in immaculate show condition, and this
his how I want to keep it! The car's condition is often the
opposite of other historical rally participants. It's equipped
with all the original rally and tuning equipment from that
period, such as Halda tripmaster & speedpilot, Marshall
lamps + roof seeking lamp, Abarth sport exhaust, etc. Only
modifications are historical sportseats but with an headrest,
and 3-points seatbelts, because safety is very important in this
kind of sport.
